When All State began airing their “New Car Replacement” commercial here in California, I called to ask about the offer, they told me that it wasn’t currently being offered to California drivers!? Doesn’t that constitute bait-and-switch … we just canceled our insurance with all state,and thank god we did.They fuck you over,and raise your premiums ,even if u were not at fault.We canceled 1 day after this report aired
